ABOUT US

The Lake Havasu Narcotics Anonymous fellowship was started in the spring of 1991 in a members remodeled garage. It has evolved and transformed many times over since then but has remained intact throughout. After several moves to such places as the hospital, the library, community buildings and church's galore we were becoming harder and harder for visitors to find us. So our three separate meetings (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday) felt that in the spirit of   unity we should band together and rent a common room and start meetings every night.

This move proved to be a highly successful model for this rural community helping us grow to more than twenty meetings a week. We have moved four times in the last 20 years to larger rooms, each time expanding to accommodate the ever growing fellowship. We have several annual functions each year to promote unity and fun in recovery. See our upcoming events page for descriptions of these functions. With patience, perseverance, love and gratitude the NA fellowship in Lake Havasu has proven to be a viable means of recovery from the disease of addiction for many addicts. Below are some pictures of our meeting room.
